These earrings arrived as anticipated, but when I tried them on, I noticed that one of the stones was loose. I contacted the seller, and received a response within the HOUR. I returned them for repair the next day, and the day that the tracking said it was delivered, the seller contacted to me to say that the repair was done and the earrings had been sent back to me. EXCEPTIONAL service!

bought a Pair of 9x7 Ovals and a matching 11x9 Oval in SD color and the set was more Blue than purple and looked more like sapphire which I already have.I called customer service and not only did they address it in a professional way they sent me another set which was more purple and exactly the same I needed. I was extremely satisfied and happy with there service.
